quickly and efficiently, to get the insured back up and running with minimum inconvenience.
HOW DO I SUBMIT A LOSS TO CSR?
You can submit a loss notice to RPS Continental by email (roswell.rps.claims@rpsins.com), fax (770-751-0871) or mail (P.O. Box 1820, Roswell, GA 30077). Upon receipt, RPS Continental will send you a confirmation of the claim, along with a claim number. This claim number is specific to RPS Continental. When following up on a claim with the carrier, please use the insured's policy number. To follow-up on a claim, request the name of the claims examiner, or to get the carrier's assigned claim number, please contact the carrier directly. For Lloyd's claims, please contact RPS Continental claims department for the name of the adjuster. If you are having trouble with a claim, please contact the claims department at RPS Continental by sending an e-mail to roswell.rps.claims@rpsins.com, or by calling 1-800-877-2463 x 139 toll free.
